Water is a fundamental component of life on Earth. The earliest life forms are believed to have originated in the primordial oceans. In humans, water makes up about 60% of the adult body and over 90% of blood, underscoring the vital connection between water and life.
Access to clean water is a universal right. However, since the advent of industrialization, natural water resources have been steadily degraded. Freshwater supplies are diminishing due to the expansion of agricultural and residential areas, and the underground water table is suffering from decades of over-exploitation without adequate recharge measures. This has led to a severe water crisis affecting millions worldwide.
In light of this, reusing and recycling water has become essential. Industrial water recycling, sewage and effluent treatment, and Zero Liquid Discharge solutions allow industries to conserve millions of liters of water that would otherwise be wasted.
